This policy constitutes an integral part of our Terms of Service. It is not possible to complete any purchase on this website without first acknowledging and agreeing to these terms by selecting the checkbox confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted all associated policies.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order tracking information has been allocated.
Australian Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We do not offer International purchases or shipping.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Delivery to PO boxes is available.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. Once your tracking number is live, your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post. From this point, delivery is managed entirely by their network, and any delivery issues or delays must be directed to Australia Post.
Goods Lost In Transit
Once your order is handed over to Australia Post, it is no longer under our control. The responsibility for delivery rests solely with Australia Post. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost while in their care, or stolen after delivery, we cannot accept liability for the issue and your enquiry needs to be directed to Australia Post. Tracking data shows for three months before removal from Australia Posts system. After that period no claims can be made. Your purchase is insured for up to $100.

Warranty Returns
All shipping costs associated with returns are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not cover return postage under any circumstance unless the product is confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing fault following inspection. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the purchaser, and we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
If a product is returned and found to be in working order, or the issue is determined to be related to setup, usage, or external factors, the item may be returned to the purchaser at their expense.
